吉林城鄉(xiāng)網(wǎng)-洮南：發(fā)展“牛”產(chǎn)業(yè) 過上“?！比兆?/title></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;"><founder-content></founder-content></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">五月的洮南大地，到處都是一片生機(jī)盎然的景象。聚寶鄉(xiāng)金蟾村昌玲家庭農(nóng)場肉牛養(yǎng)殖合作社里，一頭頭健碩的肉牛懶洋洋地吃著草料，“牛倌”肖玉昌正忙得不亦樂乎——提桶倒水、清理牛舍、添加草料……</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">“我今年計劃將養(yǎng)牛數(shù)量突破100頭，同時擴(kuò)大養(yǎng)殖場面積和合作社規(guī)模，提高老百姓參與養(yǎng)牛的熱情，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)、銷一條龍配套服務(wù)，增加抵御風(fēng)險的能力?！毙び癫f。占地0.65萬平方米的金蟾村昌玲養(yǎng)殖合作社，現(xiàn)有待產(chǎn)犢牛40頭，總產(chǎn)值70多萬元。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">近年來，洮南市緊緊抓住我省實施“秸稈變?nèi)狻濒咔f頭肉牛建設(shè)工程有利契機(jī)，圍繞市十六次黨代會提出的“一年規(guī)劃、三年賦能、五年翻身、十年振興”的“1351”發(fā)展目標(biāo)，把發(fā)展肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)作為調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、穩(wěn)增長和實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的一項重要工作來抓，成立了由市委書記和市長任雙組長，相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)同志為成員的肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，入村企、搞調(diào)研、摸情況、解難題、定目標(biāo)、促落實，打出了一套發(fā)展肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的“組合拳”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">洮南市結(jié)合國土空間規(guī)劃，規(guī)劃了253塊、總面積3405.9公頃的肉牛養(yǎng)殖用地，用于破解肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展后續(xù)用地難題；通過“政策+商業(yè)”保險雙兜底方式解決養(yǎng)殖戶后顧之憂，養(yǎng)殖戶每頭牛只需投入300元保費，即可獲取2萬元保額，用金融的有力杠桿，撬動全市肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越發(fā)展；整合行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)專家，組建肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊，下設(shè)牛場規(guī)劃設(shè)計指導(dǎo)、科學(xué)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、繁育改良技術(shù)指導(dǎo)等7個小組，及時對接養(yǎng)牛場戶，全力破解飼養(yǎng)、繁育等環(huán)節(jié)遇到的技術(shù)難題，為肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)服務(wù)支撐。截至目前，洮南市肉牛總量已達(dá)6.6萬頭，同比增長67.67%。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">為不斷推動肉牛養(yǎng)殖向大健康產(chǎn)業(yè)靠攏，向組織化養(yǎng)殖、規(guī)?；ㄔO(shè)、系列化加工和社會服務(wù)化方向發(fā)展，洮南市對內(nèi)成立國有洮南東北牧業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司，投入鄉(xiāng)村振興補(bǔ)助資金7000萬元，實施母牛放養(yǎng)項目，遴選放養(yǎng)戶354戶，可放養(yǎng)母牛6366頭，撬動銀企資金1.35億元注入肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)；對外引入中農(nóng)吉牧公司，實施10萬頭肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)項目，大力推行“藏牛于戶、企業(yè)育肥”養(yǎng)殖方式，將“小規(guī)模、大群體”的庭院化散養(yǎng)與園區(qū)規(guī)?；B(yǎng)殖有機(jī)結(jié)合，形成富民與興業(yè)齊頭并進(jìn)、相互促進(jìn)的良好格局。依托省級農(nóng)牧民獎補(bǔ)政策，新建存欄規(guī)模100頭以上肉牛標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場12個，發(fā)放獎補(bǔ)資金360萬元。依托國家糧改飼項目，收儲青貯飼料3.69萬噸，優(yōu)質(zhì)苜蓿0.14萬噸，其他牧草1.22萬噸，發(fā)放補(bǔ)助資金154萬元，有效促進(jìn)了全市標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖水平和秸稈飼料化水平的雙躍升。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;">念牛經(jīng)、興牛業(yè)、發(fā)牛財。當(dāng)前，洮南市正舉全市之力，宣傳肉牛養(yǎng)殖政策知識，把肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)作為富民強(qiáng)市的新支點，不斷加強(qiáng)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)銷對接，加快三產(chǎn)融合，形成“一業(yè)帶多元”的發(fā)展模式，促進(jìn)肉牛產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸、價值鏈提升、增收鏈拓寬，讓肉牛養(yǎng)殖成為全市鞏固脫貧攻堅成果的有力“抓手”，實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的“先手棋”，讓更多的群眾通過發(fā)展“牛”產(chǎn)業(yè)，過上“牛”日子。 </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;"><br/></p><!--/enpcontent--><!--enpproperty <articleid>1022535</articleid><date>2022-05-21 08:55:00:0</date><author>鄭丹 張闊 記者 徐文君</author><title>洮南：發(fā)展“牛”產(chǎn)業(yè) 過上“?！比兆?/title><keyword></keyword><subtitle></subtitle><introtitle></introtitle><siteid>4</siteid><nodeid>6619</nodeid><nodename>特產(chǎn)之鄉(xiāng)</nodename><nodesearchname>特產(chǎn)之鄉(xiāng)</nodesearchname><picurl></picurl><picbig></picbig><picmiddle></picmiddle><picsmall></picsmall><url>http://m.7778com.com/nc/content/2022-05/21/content_1022535.htm</url><urlpad>http://m.7778com.com/pad/nc/content/2022-05/21/content_1022535.html</urlpad><sourcename>吉林農(nóng)村報</sourcename><abstract></abstract><channel>1</channel><journalist></journalist><type>0</type><countPic>0</countPic><liability></liability><tag></tag>/enpproperty-->
